The pizza stone is made of refractory cordierite and works on the same principles as the big models at restaurants. The refractory ceramic heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes and takes the liquid out of the dough during baking. The pizza stone is also ideal for bread and can give a crispy crust. The pizza mast measures 40 x 35 cm and has practical feet which makes it easy to remove from surfaces.
