Microplane has come with an adjustable mandolin iron with ergonomic soft-touch handle and non-slip rubber foot. This compact V-plan with Julienne effort provides two different cutting results, as it is a double-sided effort that can easily be turned to cut slices or thin uniform Julienne strips. Finger protection is included so you can cut the food quickly. The slice thickness can also be adjusted using a dial on the underside of the mandolin iron.
