The adjustable cake roll can be used both as a regular cookie roll, but can also be adjusted so that your dough can get a precise thickness of 3 mm, 6 mm and 12 mm using the removable rings. The cake roll has a non-stick coating so you can also work with dough that easily adheres, such as fondant or marzipan. The cake roll is 49 cm long.
